Will receive our keys tomorrow. The process of viewing, selection, contracts all went really well. The staff from regie office and the staff locally seem competent and friendly. No complaints and the contract seems fair.

The website is fine, same for the property agents - professional and helpful. Not clear why there was never a response to the rental application.
The absolute worst agency I have ever ever dealt with!!! They will charge you hidden fees, carelessly handle documents and treat you with total disregard a disrespect. Do yourself a favor and stay away! 1 star is too much of an honor for them! I will leave these reviews all over, they don't deserve much else.
Do not rent with them if there is even the slightest chance of them making rennovations in the building. They make noise from Monday to Saturday, 7:00-18:00. Never has being at home been this much of a nightmare.
They stole 1000CHF from my deposit. Everything was fine until I left and they held back 1000CHF why? The flat was in perfect condition. They said gas prices went up, so the nebenkosten was not enough. Really? It's 1000CHF more? They are liars and cheaters.
I recently looked at an apartment in Dietikon which had a fair value at 1270 CHF. The person who showed me the apartment, a charming woman was very helpful and I thought this was the apartment for me. I filled out the formula for the company and she sent it. A few days later our HR department asked me if they could give a reference to a certain Me Maccione from Korn. The details would have included my salary. This I believed was just a small formality and I would then be offered the apartment. I did not realise what a cowboy this company was. Having me give him permission to get all the details necessary, he obviously judged that based on my salary he would make a killing. I received a call from this Mr Maccione a day later asking me if I was still interested, I replied that I was. The came the sting, he said it was now 1490 CHF, way off the original price as advertised. I told him that this was not correct and he argued that this was the price from 8 years ago when the original renters moved in. This may be true but it was advertised at 1270 CHF. At this price it was not worth it, it is over valued. There are lots of better apartments for this price with better reach to Zurich. All that glitters is not gold. Beware of allowing cowboys like him have any of your personal details that are not necessary until you are offered an apartment. You will then avoid this surreptitious way of screwing you. Never again. A real cowboy outfit. Not fit to be in business. Dishonest is probably the bets word to describe this guy and his company. One star is too much. I will inform our HR department about this and hopefully they will no longer be able to behave in this way.
Very unprofessional. Do not even return calls or emails -- act like they are doing you a favor. Would neither us as landlord nor tenant. Website is wohnung.ch
Avoid at all costs. Had a very unpleasant experience with them. They will do everything to charge you and your deposit.
