Great hairdresser experience in the area - will definitely go back soon. Professional and cozy environmental, very clean and cool hospitality. Multicultural staff speaks English. Overall, a great customer experience: website had very easy and clear information about hygiene procedures due to corona virus; details about services (costs, professional expertise, team, etc) and quite functional online booking system showing available spots. They emailed us to confirm the appointment and sent a reminder a few hours in advance. We arrived 5min earlier and the staff was ready to go, supportive and kind, asking us to keep our belongings in a special area, and then showed us the way to wash our hands prior to get started. Everyone was wearing masks, staff and customers, which made us feel safe. We brought our own masks but you can buy yours for CHF 1,50 at the spot. We had a conversation about what/how we wanted our hair to be taken care, then went to another room to get it washed (amazing products, fantastic massage and relaxing mood), and the whole service was well explained/guided so we felt comfortable all the way until the end. We highly recommend this place compared to other Swiss experiences!
