I have discovered this hair salon in March 2019 and i am so happy i did. They have amazing customer care service, are extremely professional and super friendly. My stylist, Niki, is a magician. Not only she offers me precious advice, but also listens to what i want done, and executes it perfectly. It’s safe to say that my appointments at Scarabelli are easily my favorite time of the year. I highly recommend this place!

I‘m so glad that I found this hair salon almost a year ago. It has a comforting atmosphere, partly because of all the kind people working here, and the simplicity of making appointments with the effective time reservation system on their website. But the best is their service. They take all the time needed to listen to your ideas and desires. I always leave with a smile on my face, satisfied of how good they cut and styled my hair. If you happen to pass by chance, don‘t hesitate and experience it yourself. :)
After years of searching for a hairdresser who can manage my hair (long & thick asian hair) in Switzerland, I finally found THE ONE. Very friendly and professional staff, excellent service, and most importantly, Debi transformed my hair so beautifully and made me feel like a million bucks! Highly recommend this place to everyone :)
First Impression - great and very convenient website structure. You can see directly which specialist is available and when, or simply go to an Express Service and see who is available on the reffered day. Second impression - i was late (not proud of it but things happen) and yet was treated as awaited guest. Third impression - multilangual specialist which helps a lot in communication. Forth impression - it's always nice when a professional is listening to your preferences but still tells you his/her opinion. really appreciated. Fifth impression - very friendly and cozy environmnet. As you can see, visiting this places leaves you with a lot of great impressions. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED !
I could never have recieved better treatment than I got from Samira at Scarabelli. Her patience and professionalism was impecable. She went out of her way to make sure that I was satisfied , and the fact that she spoke to me in English made my visit even more comfortable. I would highly recommend Scarabelli and Samira.
