Due to a cancelled flight because of Covid, I had to rebook a flight, which was taken care of via Facebook page of Swiss Airlines, done very quickly and rebooked within an hour. Brilliant. (Thanks Ava) Onto airport, check in went smooth. Flight was fine, and the cabin crew were very good, one lady in particularly was very sweet and kind and gave my little lad some Swiss Air toys, plus we got a little extra complimentary chocolate. Very good service. I wish I got her name as she was very helpful and chatty to my little boy. Good stuff Swiss Air. Only one negative, online booking doesn't allow debit cards, which is very annoying and not practical at all. But overall a pleasant experience.

Worst experience ever. Swiss airlines cancelled our flight saying was a technical issue (there were fliying about 37 flights per hour, I think too much and almost all were late, see photo). We must do a queue more than 2h (because de were economy class... while staff was without working on business place), after being more than 1h on the plane at more than 30 degrees. They sent us to a B&B hotel saying we could have dinner for max 20 Chf. When we arrived they say dont have nothing to eat and give us an egg sandwich. We were coming from a 16h travel with no clothes and without eat. Indecent, inhuman ....

I was in the Zurich Ticketing office in September and had 2 problems that had to be solved before I flew off. There was a bit of concern regarding: 1.A future booking and the 2.Milesandmore reward program but the staff (Ms.Murphy and Mr.Sven) handled it well thanks to their training and creativity in problem solving. There were times when I felt awkward with the long and complicated process but both of them displayed calmness and warm smiles that made me feel that all will be well in the end. It has been a pleasure to be served by them and I look forward to my future flights with Swiss and visits to the ticketing office. Keep up the good work. Bert

I’m super disappointed with this Airlines. I was trying to call them for two days in a row, because they cancelled my flight 3 days before the flight date, and no response. I stayed 1 hour on the line and nothing. 3 days before the flight ! I had to change and to buy additional flights and book room in the hotel. Obviously, no one will cover these expenses for me. I thought SWISS - is about the quality, but not in this matter. Do not recommend!!!

Hello, I was traveling from Spain to Dubái with a stop in Zurich, and suddenly in the airport told me that I cant fly to dubai bcse my PCR test wasnt in english.. I was very sad, it was almost midnight I didnt know what to do so them i went to the swiss information place and explain my problem, then the Swiss company worker helped a lot, she changed my fly helped me with an hotel and the transport thicked to the hotel, tolde where I can get the new pcr.. It was very very helpful, very good service.. thank you that worker, and also she was speaking me in spanish, so sad I didnt ask her name to mention it here so swiss company could honored her for this. I never flied befor with this company, bcse from away it seems expensive company like luftasa or germanwings, this fly wasnt that expensive so I took it, and discovered a very good tratment.. They could leave me without any help, bcse the responsability was my and the hospital which gave me the test result not in english (and i called them, they refused giving me it in english), but this company give me his helphand so I write this review, specially that worker who were smiling and spreading good wibe thank you

Swiss managed to lower its service quality to the level of budget airlines. Self service check-in machines at the Zurich Airport are not working, instead you stand in long lines that make social distancing impossible. It is also slower of course there is more contact to people.

just never call the call center, you'll be put in an endless waiting loop ("your waiting time is less than 2 hours"), no other wait time indication is given. since there's no possibility to rebook a cancelled flight on the website, you need the call center. it doesn't get any worse than this. totally unswiss.
