Great place !! Not that much great, but it's wonderful!! People is so friendly!! I'd stay all day here!!!

This lounge has been on a steady decline over the past few years, despite the recent extension. The drinks on offer are adequate, although a request for Soya Milk was met with laughter and a NO by the lounge staff. The food was acceptable and there were voices for various dietary requirements. The main lounge features ageing furniture and dirty table surfaces. The lighting however is well thought out for various times of day. The new section fares a bit better on the furniture and surfaces side of things, although features the smell of recently applied paint. The lack of access to an in lounge toilet is still an issue years on since opening. The WIFI is not the fastest if your are looking to steam content or download. The staff on the desk are welcoming; however the in lounge staff seem to detest their job, and those wishing them to require to do it. A bad lounge in a good airport.

While I didn't get rebooked until the next day, the staff there proved to be immensely helpful, very friendly and have literally been doing all they could for over 5 hours. While I'm stuck in Geneva, I do not blame them but British Airways that refused to let me board with a service dog.

horrible expérience. after 3 hours waiting, my luggage was still not shown on the belt. I have to have left my luggage in the airport in order to catch up another flight.

Nobody answering the phone. Arrival notice received, but then after driving 80km to pick up the goods, they managed to lose the goods within their facilities... 15 boxes at 310kg...

Been here twice and both times the personnel was rude and unhelpful. Especially frustrating that it was impossible to get through to them on the phone.
