Subzero Coaching is a professional development & sport coaching company. Based in Zermatt, Switzlerland, we operate all across Europe. We exist to allow participants to reach the best results possible. To achieve that we provide our coaches the opportunity to deliver their work the best they can. All our courses are born from our experience in the field through years of coaching. This is the reason why we don’t run lots of courses in huge numbers. What we deliver is the best we can deliver. In more details, we provides training programs for skiing, running every autumn and winter. With the aim of being the point of reference in ski instructors'​ education. Currently we run: - two courses to become a ski instructor (L1+2), - one Level 3-ISIA specific course in partnership with Ski Schools from Zermatt and across the Alps, - one training program for Level 4 Instructors. All winter courses are run in Zermatt, Switzerland. We are also licensed course providers for IASI. In the summer we run Strength & Conditioning programs and rehabilitation protocols in multiple sports for every level of athletes. All training schedules are taylored around the need of each participant. Courses run in multiple locations across Europe. We also run strength and conditioning courses for people interested in becoming coaches themself. Creating well equipped professionals for a demanding and evolving work environment.

Fede is brilliant, I do like a bit of ski instruction so I've had some good and bad ones. Fede was one of the best, listened to what I thought where my skiing issues and he dealt with us in a professional but yet fun way. We are back out and will Annoy him again.

My family and I went skiing for the first time in Zermatt and a friend recommended we use Subzero Coaching. Federico was an outstanding guide! Not only was he an excellent ski instructor, he knew the mountain and restaurants extremely well. Skiing with him made our adventures that much better. Federico is an extremely gregarious guy that helped us on the mountain as well as with local activities (including massages and paragliding suggestions)! Thanks for everything!

We were lucky enough to have Fede guide us around the mountains of Zermatt this February and what a day we had. We met first thing at the Rothorn lift from where he showed us how to get all the way to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise ski area via the Gornergrat without having to go all the way down to the village. Fede showed us the quieter routes, pointed out places of interest, for example the research stations, and good restaurants. Fede was very considerate in taking into account that it was our first day but equally kept up a steady pace such that we were able to ski a considerable distance during the day. We would highly recommend Fede as a guide, he is very knowledgeable, considerate and kind, not to mention his outstanding skiing experience and ability. An extremely worthwhile investment. If you want a comprehensive introduction into skiing in Zermatt look no further than Fede and Subzero coaching.

I have spent 2 seasons training with Subzero Coaching, and it is the best ski training I have ever received, but it is so much more than just ski training, The coaches does not only make you and incredible skier, but they also help you understand the industry. For many people the ski industry is far from their normal day job, and Subzero really understand that and are more than just a coach, they are also a mentor. I would recommend this highly to anyone there ask me where to go training. There is a reason they have been nominated as the best training program in Europe. It is simply because they are. They work hard and put everything into it, and if you do the same your skiing will reach the next level.

The best training I have ever had. Focusing on the feet to boost the skiing technic. The right movements at the right place on the right time, that's how Fede guides you through all this journey, together with very nice and clear explanations. No matter if you want to improve your skiing or aim to become a ski instructor, subzero coaching is definitely the place to go. Together with Fede I have done a refreshment course for my ISIA stamp as well as some private coaching and I still want more, that is why I am already planning my next coaching with subzero on the next season.

I am a beginner skier and booked a private lesson with Fede. By far the best decision I could have made for my Zermatt experience. He is an expert on the slopes and a patient, friendly (and funny!) instructor. I loved it so much, I booked a second lesson and will 100% reconnect with him again when I return to the mountain.
