I had to get my MacBook Pro repaired. Overall, I am really satisfied with the service provided. The information flow was fast (you don’t really get details, but you get all the information the average customer would like to have). The replacement parts’ cost is proportional to the Apple device’s cost. The support costs correspond to the average IT support cost. I personally also think that I got less time billed than they actually invested in total. The only time I wouldn’t recommend you iCenter is when you’re a tech-savvy person that is able to do the reparation by themselves and the damage is not covered by warranty or insurance.

Ero stata molto contenta del servizio del centro a Camorino.... pessimo invece a Lugano....cambio display del MacBook Pro a causa di liquido....ritirato computer ammaccato!!!!!!! Sconsigliato non all’altezza del marchio Apple!!!!

Terribile. Chiedono 100 CHF per un preventivo. Andate all'Apple Store a Milano o qualsiasi Apple store ufficiale e non pagate nulla. Ridicolo!
