you’ll get no answer for your questions and they will not answer the phone. And shipping takes 8days. First of all, the ordering process didn’t work at all. when I pressed the order button , it didn’t continue to credit card payment page due to an error but points I’ve used for purchasing were gone. So I’ve started a chat service but nobody replies. I called, but straight into the voice message service. many hours later I finally could place an order but without points were still gone so I gave up and paid regular price. Many hours later I’ve got an email from a shop about points but no apologies whatsoever. They said I’ll receive my order on Wednesday or at the latest Thursday but I’ve received my item on Friday. So it took 8 days to arrive. never had an experience that delivery takes 8days within Switzerland. I’ve received no delay information or whatsoever. DHL said I will receive my item on Wednesday so I had to stay and stuck at home for total 3days. I think the shop didn’t ship out as they promised. DHL only got the degital shipment document and estimated the arriving date. I’ve emailed this shop on Thursday about shipping but still haven’t gotten any answer. Thanks for stressing me out from the beginning to the end.
