Great selection of high quality snowboards and a price that is hard to beat. I ordered a Jones Mind Expander for almost half of the original price and the delivery was quick and flawless. Also great communication. Highly recommendable.

Extremely unfriendly service. I booked a fitting for 18:30pm using the appointment calendar on their website and when I arrived (early) the member of staff greeted me with 'it's a bit late but fine' without looking up. Then received pressure to make a purchase after trying on two pairs of boots and attitude for wanting some more information despite this being a first time experience buying ski equipment and the fact I was fully prepared to buy a pair of boots and skis. I've ordered online elsewhere, wouldn't recommend whatsoever and avoid at all costs. No business whatever field you are in should provide such a terrible attitude and customer service

I ordered ski boots in July and they still have not arrived. There has been little or no response to my emails asking for a refund. I would just like what I ordered or if this is not possible my money back. Zero respect given to customers paying a lot of money. Very poor customer service.

I ordered a pair of skis more than a month ago, never got them. After emailing them about it and not getting an answer, I called to cancel the order. The person on the phone was understanding and friendly, and that they would take care of the refund. It has been more than 2 weeks, no one answers email or the phone anymore, and this shop owns me 539 euros ! Do we actually have to start a riot in front of your shop to get our money back ?

Order did not arrive yet. Two weeks passed without any possibility to contact the shop! Very bad customer service. Update: Finally I had the chance to talk to the staff. Order arrived as announced the following week. Everything alright with the product. No complains. ️️️️️for that! My advice to the owner: Invest more time / staff into customer service! Everything would be good, if somebody would take care of the customers need. Especially with ratings like that, you kinda get nervous when the order is late without any notice.
