Wow what an amazing experience. I highly recommend this E-Mountain Bike tour. The tour guide - Johnny is one of the nicest men you will ever meet and he is so friendly and welcoming. He tailored our bike trip to our skill level and the electric mountain bikes made it so easy and fun riding up the hills. The views and scenery were breath taking, overlooking Lake Lugano. If you want a great day out cycling then email or call them, they were very responsive and made the booking process very easy.

I received a friendly welcome at this bike shop and bike rental in Lugano. The e-bike I rented was well maintained, the battery was fully charged and Johnny recovered it from my hotel the next day. Great service. Prices are very correct too. I’ll try a guided bike tour the next time.
Johnny was our guide on a custom, 9-day trip through Switzerland and Italy. He was great: very thoughtful, dependable and professional. We couldn't have asked for better! He was always thinking about what we needed and when, and always on time. Very highly recommended.
The team at 2Wheel Rentals were very attentive and accommodating! Johnny kept good communication and was willing to help at any time. The attention to detail was great, such as the cleansliness of the bikes/equipment and we were provided with helmets and gloves suited to our needs, at no extra cost. A very fair price for a proffesional service is why I rate 2Wheel Rentals 5 stars. Furthermore, when I searched for a bike in the first place I was met with terrible customer service from other stores so I would go with 2Wheel Rentals as I’m sure they won’t let you down.
Rented a e-mtb for Sunday (full day) and took it already on the Saturday afternoon paying only a full day, really flexible and custom oriented team! Bike was in a really good status and ready for the tour. Will rent again from you for ny next e-mtb tour! Thanks

Our Company team building activity went perfectly well, thanks to great organization, excellent service and availability of 2wheels staff. I want to highlight the great quality/cost ratio, perfect condition of all eBikes and very appreciated advices on designing our tour.
