Cannot miss this place! I had to get my raggio (spook/spaak/Speich) fixed since it was broken and this was very essential for my tourbike! Really happy with the service as they did everything they could to help ASAP and they have a lot of knowledge. At pick up they patiently explained what has been fixed. You can also go there for beauties of bicycles/e-bikes/speedbikes and accessoiries Chill vibes and international minded and friendly staff

In my 52 years of life, having grown up in Oregon and Minnesota, I have never encountered such a friendly, knowledgeable, fair, and helpful bike store! After one visit, and after 10 months between that and my second visit, they welcomed me in the store by first name! I am not kidding. They not only fixed my bike for much less than I expected, but they also packed my bike for international shipment! They have been more than willing to work with me on some questions I have. If you are in the Lugano area and need some bike maintenance, or if you are interested in buying a bike, MAKE SURE you visit Godspeed. You will not only NOT regret it, you will ENJOY the experience. Though I am leaving Switzerland... at least for a while... a few of the people I look forward to seeing again, should I return one day, are the Godspeed team members. Thank you, Godspeed.
