Very friendly and helpful staff. unique offering for Victronix knife, customising the colours and engraving on multiple knives. Definitely worth a visit!

We liked the souvenirs, and the people were friendly and helpful. Everyone we talked to in there spoke English very well. My daughter decided she wanted a Swiss Army Knife, but we were traveling without checked luggage. They packaged it up and shipped it to our home. My other daughter picked out a wristwatch. The older gentleman working there showed me how to drive out the link pins to adjust the watch as my daughter grows. If we're ever in Lucerne again, we'll definitely stop in!
