Well located at the Zurich main train station to serve the travellers. Easily accessible. Well organised with Q numbering system and multiple service counters. Very friendly staffs.thank you for being patient to our many questions.

Bang on the station ,just 100 meters from where you will disembark from your train. well lit signage's to help you reach /station staff guides as well. Helpful people, language can be bit of issue but they have separate counters for English speaking person. their 3 days ZURICH PASS is best to buy. gets you lot of deals, free travel in bus , tram ,train in 2nd class. one free boat ride in lake zurich and one free on ride on cable car. discounted musem tickets etc.

We went to the Zurich main station for the tourist information. Very cooperative and professional staff. They help you with the details of everything you wanna know. Ask as many questions as you want, they are in no hurry and will take up another waiting customer only once they are finished with you. Just that before visiting Switzerland if you have read about the place and excursions you wish to visit you can get good direction as to what to ask them.
