There is so much to love at this small zoological park. Its design and landscapes are gorgeous and utilize only natural materials, helping the place blend beautifully in its surroundings. The species on display - lynx, wolf, board, vultures, sheep, goats, otters & many more - are all local to the area and to Switzerland, avoiding the usual “sad animals out of their environment” trap of most zoos. The staff is charming and conservation efforts to protect endangered species and bring some of those back to the wild are a central part of the park’s mission. Last but definitely not least, the restaurant uses 90% of biological and local products, and the kids’ park is SUPER RAD. You’ll spend a great 2h here to keep you kids busy, happy and informed on conservation issues.

Great experience. My kids were thrilled to see endangered animals from so close distance. It was great to talk with the naturalist present at Zoo. Overall, enjoyed the time spent at zoo.

Great place to visit, even in a rainy day. Better to take whole day to go there. A lot of different animals, you can see how well people are taking care of them. Animals are in a good shape with a clean living spaces. Everything is adapted for children. You also have place to buy snacks and a small shop with a lot of things.
A wonderful place for a family outing to discover the original animals from Switzerland Newly-opened in 2016 the infrastructures are modern and entertaining This is not only a zoo but also a care center and a Reproduction Center for the vultures
Beautiful place , good location for a one day picnic, nature view and animals with surroundings made for them as a home .
Small but worthwhile zoo of local animals. There were areas I was surprised that you could get as close as you could to the animals, such as the bearded vulture enclosure. There's a playground for kids and a small cafe and shop. Positive and fun day outside with family.
