Very good for where it is! Of course the whole town of Gruyères is one big tourist trap, this restaurant can compete with normal restaurants though: kind and skilled staff, and food that seems to have been actually prepared by a chef. If you are in Gruyères and you want cheese fondue, go here, not to the neighbours. You will get a full meal here. Also try the local beer 'La dernière volonté', which is really nice.
We came to this place after being turned away at the Chalet up the street. It had a nice ambience and the staff were much friendlier. The fondue was fantastic. Thanks for the Swiss hospitality!

Ate the roast beef. If you're not feeling like fondue then I definitely recommend you'd try some. I mean just look at it, everything's fresh even the sauce. The meat is nice and flavourful, tender as it can be too. Salad's nice and sweet. And the fries are top notch. Gruyères is somewhat expensive, so expect to pay for what you get. It's the only reason I'm giving this a 4/5. Definitely would go there again.
Typical fondue and raclette traditional shop . We had raclette and roesti. It was a decent experience.

Went with my family to Geneva last winter, so we decided to visit this place. The food is great (especially the fondue). Nice atmosphere and really friendly staff!
