We rented ski stuffs for our children, the goods are good. The staff really helpful and so nice to the children. They measured the size carefully and still asked whether the children are comfortable, just to make sure. They lend for free at the last minute pair of glove, since they saw my son doesn’t have a proper ski gloves. And most importantly the price for children and youth is great

I rented an e-mountain bike a couple days ago to explore the mountains around Grindelwald. The equipment was very high end and in great shape. However, the best part was the staff. One of them was a downhill MTB racer and he helped me plan my route for the day. My ride went very smoothly thanks to the experience he shared. 10/10 would recommend renting from these guys.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars but unfortunately I cannot. We rented bikes from the company, my husband's electric bike was dysfunctional, it stopped working midway to First, we had to literally drag his bike up. After literally dragging this bike up to the next intersport at the top of First, we spoke with the representative there that we would like to return the bikes, of course they did not provide a refund or anything. Horrible customer service, just terrible. We still had to pay for the gondola on the way down as well as we did not feel safe on the bikes. Never again. Waste of 166 Canadian.

Came in this afternoon to set up rental for all day skiing tomorrow. First time in Grindelwald and was nervous about getting everything we needed. The two guys working were extremely helpful, got our rentals and ski passes all from here, everything we needed from gloves and ski’s to lift passes. One stop shop. Thanks for the help!

Gave Intersport my ID as a deposite to rent a sledge. At the end of the day got my ID returned, broken in two pieces. 1. Lied to me that they recieved my ID already brocken in half. For sure it was in one piece, i know because its my ID. 2. Didnt even apologize for the damage I was shocked of this behaviour Anyway have to buy new ID, thanks Intersport
