Excellent customer service. We went for a couple of merino socks and Black Diamond rubber tips (the one you have to unscrew). They had in store just one set, the girl in charge told us to comeback next day for our stuff and she will bring an extra bag for us. We came back? And as promised, she was there with all our stuff and the new rubber tips. Amazingly kind. She also help us to find the best bus for our hotel in the hills. Thanks!

Warm reception, staffed by a multi pitch climber when I visited. Was offered a nice espresso which I enjoyed while I shopped. No pressure at all, superb friendly place with hardcore gear for climbing, hiking and snow sports. Five stars!

Gute Auswahl an Produkten/Dienstleistungen und vernünftige Flexibilität. Extrem nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal! Gute, zentrale Lage, man kann es einfach mit dem Bus erreichen. Werde das nächste mal wenn ich in St. Moritz bin wieder dort mieten.
