I needed a dress to be cleaned for a wedding abroad. When I went to pick it up, they could not find it. They asked me for a description (?!) even though I have my collection ticket. She went round the back and came back with my dress wrapped in plastic. I asked if I could have a bag and she gave me an A4 sized bag. Seriously, I wanted to laugh. Anyway, I travelled for the wedding and when I got the dress out of the bag and plastic wrapping...it had not been cleaned. AT ALL. The stain was still there and the dress smelt because I previously had worn it to another wedding in Greece where the temperature was 40 degrees plus. Inept, lazy and did not even give me a refund because they had no evidence of this. I was abroad! I had to take it somewhere else to clean it. Terrible.

I had a cashmere sweater cleaned at this store in May and just found that there are some small holes on it…( I did not wear the sweater after the laundry so the only explanation is that they damaged the cloths) I doubt if there is any chance for damage compensation since all the tickets are lost. A awfully experience and an expensive lesson for checking the clothes before taking them back from the laundry.

Tout roule comme sur des roulettes dès que tout se passe bien. Mais lorsqu'il y a un problème, cette entreprise n'est pas capable de gérer les conflits ... Il est préférable de s'y rendre en croisant les doigts ou aller ailleurs ... !!

j'ai amené ma veste moto à laver et à la rendre étanche. après avoir bien insisté sur le type de tissu (kevlar), mais aussi sur l'étanchéité, je récupère tout content, ma veste moto de marque. Je repars en moto sur la route et là, de la pluie. Alors qu'on vous dit que c'est pas la 1er fois qu'il font l'entretien pour se type de vêtement, et qu'il ont bien fait l'étanchéité de la veste, voilà ce que ça donne......... JE SUIS RENTRÉ CHEZ MOI TOTALEMENT TREMPÉ, VOIR MÊME INONDÉ, le teeshirt, n'en parlons même pas . ....MÊME SI JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS CE MAGASIN POUR CE TYPE DE VÊTEMENTS, il m'ont rembourser. En même temps, un peu obligé , vue les dégâts !... Du coup, je l'ai fait moi même, et là miracle c'est étanche à 99%.. Et pourtant, je ne suis clairement pas un professionnel, chercher l'erreur
Très déçu du pressing Champel, car le tarif ne correspond pas aux autres pressing 5 à sec à Genève
