No English at all. Do they expect Swiss Germans to wash here?

They work is very good but don't speaks English at all. I had to use a Google translator to give them directions or definitions about when I need the clothes done. It is open during weekends. They have promotions for wash clothes by weight.

Very bad service regarding the last 10 shirts. They were a mess. Have to wash them at home an iron myself again. So, spent my money there and st the end had to do the job myself.

Eigentlich gut. Ich bringe meine Kochjacken dorthin. Immer sauber und gebügelt - wie neu. Aber die Kommunikation im Team könnte besser sein. Zweimal die Jacken am Bügel statt gefaltet bekommen.
