Beautiful artefacts , good staff and good stuff, but a bit too expensive, but again expensive is a very relative term. The staff speaks English too so is a good thing for foreigners not speaking Swiss or German. Asian crowd specially Koreans and Chinese frequently visit this Place

Visited the store on the first floor, bought a Zwilling knife, some Victorinox goods. The young lady with poker face could be a part-time worker, bad shopping experience. Never visit again.

Ouvert le dimanche mais attention le tourisme de masse notamment asiatique. Le staff parle allemand anglais et bien entendu chinois. Voire thaï. 8% tva discount pour les étrangers mais j'ai pu l'obtenir donc n'hésitez pas à demander !

不太好的服務，託付家人買錶居然未付上錶盒，感覺很差，買了錶居然是將手錶直接放置於旅行錶盒和一張不知道什麼的保卡和一本不知道是什麼的說明書用‘橡皮筋’綁在一起就交給客人了，實在是讓人非常不滿意，完全沒有購買機械略高單價錶的驚喜，不推薦購買的地點
