This is one of my all time favorite places to visit in Switzerland. I absolutely love plants and tropical climate and the Tropenhaus Frutigen allows me to experience what I love without traveling far. They have a huge array of fascinating plants and I absolutely love their silk chickens. I have purchased many healthy plants and seeds from there that I am now allowing to grow into healthy fully grown plants. This place is suitable for singles, couples, and families, basically everyone!

Beyond amazing experience! Food was great and balanced with great wines. Waiters team always smiling and provided an amazing service. The environment is a beautiful bubble with a nice jungle feeling. Would definitely go back. This is not just food is an adventure!
Educational and fun for a family. Nice slice of the tropics in Switzerland.
Coronafest going on here. Too crowded. Most attractions involve touching and sniffing things. This place is a public-health liability.
We have especially enjoyed the Swiss Coffee Trail. You can follow the beans from the coffee origin along the entire value chain to the cup.
Acceptable food, but not worth the high price tag. The greenhouse visit is very nice.

Great place with activities for kids and grownups. Interactive stands on hydrologic cycle, spices etc. Place features diverce tropical plants and an awesome orchid collection.
