Perhaps it's because thry deal with fewer people than the larger offices in Lausanne for instance, but the staff here in Pully are exceedingly polite, friendly and genuinely helpful.

Personnel incompétent, inefficace, peu à l'écoute et qui vous prend de haut. Honte d' avoir un tel personnel dans un service publique. Je resterai peu du temps inscrit au chômage mais le souvenir de votre pénible attention restera pour longtemps.
