If you can go to another Caisse de Chomage , do it ! I went there 3 weeks to give all my papers. I didn’t hear anything back from them so I went there to check what was going on. They have lost all my papers and don’t want to take the responsibility for it ! Not even apologize. The woman that was handle my case didn’t even want to show up, she was hiding. The person in the reception was very rude because I was challenging them and asking them lot of questions. What kind of system is this ? I have paid high taxes for many years here, and this is what I get ?

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews, I was welcomed professionally and treated very politely. I received clear instructions on my missing documents, and the whole registration process went smoothly. Definitely a helpful resource in a time of need. Thank you CCH staff.

N’essayez même pas de les appeler! J’essaie depuis 3 jours, 3 jours!!!! Impossible De les joindre.. à croire que l’état manque d’argent pour engager d’avantage afin qu’ils puissent faire leurs travail correctement !
