BE CAREFUL EVERYONE ! this hotel cain is a SCAM. we stayed in thin hotel, they took 500 Euro for deposit, then never returned ! we found another victim of this hotel chain ( there are several in Europe ) exact same scams from them. Do not use this scam apartmtnet hotel !

Absolutely outrageous! Booked well in advance an apartment on Freyastrasse (6th February) only to be cancelled three days before the arrival day with a poor alternative which is much further away! They overbook apartments to get as much money as possible and they don't care about the guests! Keep away from them!!
terrible! hotel. you will lose your money. they take deposits when checking in 300- 800 Euro and they do not return with no reasons. there is a waring in official turism about this hotel chains. be careful do not stay !
NOUS AVONS TROUVÉ UN STUDIO MODERNE , BIEN AGENCE , CALME ET PRES DE SILCITY , LE FAMEUX CENTRE COMMERCIAL. WE FOUND A LITTLE APARTEMENT , MODERN ,CLEAN , NOT NOISY, NEXT TO A MALL. WE WERE IN CONTACT WITH VERY NICE PEOPLE WORKING AT VISION APARTEMENTS IN ZURICH. GOOD TO KNOW !
