Luxurious establishment right in the heart of Geneva. Amazing location, beautiful apartments and the most delightful staff.
I have stayed in Geneva dozens of times as my job involves participating in international meetings that often last several weeks at one of the UN agencies. My all time favorite place to stay was in a one bedroom NEST apartment. It was beautifully laid out, had everything that anyone would want in an apartment and more (even a washer/dryer), and was extremely comfortable. The location is lovely and there is so much to do within steps of the apartment, as well as great access to local transportation. For the very few maintenance problems that I had, the NEST staff was extremely responsive and immediately fixed the problem. It was a fabulous experience and I would give NEST my highest recommendation!
NEST has become our \ home away from home\ In Geveva. Our experience there has been excellent from the lovely & comfortable accommodations to the attentiveness of Nina. Unique, stylish and modern short-term accommodation in the heart of the Old Town, owned and run by Austrian-English family. Originally started as short-term rental apartments in the existing building on the Rue Etienne-Dumont 12 and one attic apartment on Rue Francois-Bellot (not far from the Russian church) in Tranches, now Nest Living owns a set of stylish flats built specifically for them in the inner court yard of the Rue Etienne-Dumont 12. The couple that runs the business are friendly and hip with an eye for contemporary design, art and culture, combing their experiences and backgrounds from London and Vienna. Nest Living primarily aims at the upper market business travellers, but leisure guests are welcome too. Highly recommended. The staff speaks English, French, and German.
I have the pleasure of staying at one of NEST’s units for the past seven months. From my first interaction with the team, I felt right at home! Tara, Christoph and Nina are hospitable, professional and very helpful and accommodating. The units are clean and tastefully furnished and the appliances are top of the line especially in their newly developed Yard units. NEST offers all the amenities and comfort of home while on travel. Nest is conveniently located at the heart of the Old City with restaurants, cafés and shops at your doorstep. Without any hesitation, I would recommend NEST for short or longer durations and equally for both business and leisure travellers
What an amazing experience! We were lucky enough to be the first occupants of the Penthouse in the Maison Dumont building & from my first meeting with Nina through to leaving 7 months later we could not have faulted the NEST team. We moved to Geneva with two dogs & they even went to the trouble of putting in a dog gate for us to keep them confined to our terrace area. Nina, Christoph & Tara were always available & treated us as part of the Nest family. The apartment itself was AMAZING with top of the line fixtures & fittings ... it was always great to come home to at the end of a long day in the office. It was a little hot in the height of summer with no AC but they provided fans so we could get some air flow especially at night, & with the large full height windows open we didn't suffer too much. The surrounding area of the Old Town is stunning with plenty of places to drink & dine, & walking distance to the lake, Parc des Bastions etc. I would highly recommend anyone considering a short or longer stay in Geneva to consider NEST as an option.
