The employee handed me back my 4 shirts with the collar as dirty as before washing, plus dry blood behind one of the shirt's collar. I complained about this and the man who apparently is the boss started to ridicule me saying that \come on this is nothing\ in German (I understand German) he started to shake his head and hand like \go away\ and left me shocked behind. The employee offered to rewash. Please be careful if you do not wish any stress, do not go there.

Great prices compared to the rest of Zurich with good quality service.
WARNING: don't go to this place! Wish I had googled it before I went there… They \lost\ my expensive designer trousers as well (seems to be their business policy) and had I not threatened with a lawyer and damage claims, I guess I'd never have seen them again. As it was they miraculously returned from wherever they stash the stuff (probably to sell it on the internet or something) and were given back to me without even a decent apology - so avoid this place by all means!

Habe hier unsere Daunenjacken und Wintermäntel reinigen lassen, das Ergebnis ist prima.
Extrem unfreundliche Bedienung. Versuchte einmal um 18:31 meine Hemden abzuholen und er hat mich nicht einmal eines Blickes gewürdigt. Das zweite mal, als ich meine Sachen abholen wollte, wurde ich sehr gehässig und desinteressiert vom \Geschäftsführer\ bedient. Erspart euch so einen Ort, vermiest einem definitiv die Laune...
Super schlechte Erfahrung gemacht - ich war um 18.05 am Laden, es war bereits zu (ok, 18.00) aber es war noch jemand im Laden und er hat mich auch gesehen und mit mir gesprochen. Ich habe ihm erklärt, dass es super wichtig ist (Hochzeit) und ich es unbedingt heute abholen müsse - er hat nur seine Abrechnung gemacht und dann das Licht ausgeschaltet. Das ist wirklich nicht in Ordnung und ich werde auf keinen Fall mehr wiederkommen!
Sehr nett und vom Preis Leistung eines der besten Anbieter - ich kann weder eine sehr schlechte noch extremst freundliche (was ich auch nicht erwarte) Bedienung feststellen - daher verstehe ich die oben genannten Bewertungen nicht ganz (eher subjektiv !)
