We came to AMAG Utoquai to test drive an Audi Q3 and were extremely pleased with the customer service we received there. Our Audi expert was Luis Schaub, who was extremely helpful and addressed all our questions and requests in a very kind and professional way. I would even say that here we received the best customer service out of all the places we've been to. Luis gave us a great offer without trying to upsell anything -- super honest and direct. Thanks Luis!!! We would definitely come back if decide to buy an Audi car next time!

Carwash is expensive and not done well. Unpersonal service staff. Nice building in the center of zurich.
Selling extremely overpriced polluting cars. My recommendation is to instead buy a Tesla or another electric car(Kia/Renault/Seat).

Before the summer they checked the car and changed a lot of things in order to be able to pass the imminent kantonal check. They told me to change also a wheel bearing for 800 CHF because broken and then never the car would have pass the test. I luckily refused, went this morning to the check and i pass it. Stay away
