I've had my Audis serviced here for over 5 years, to my complete satisfaction, but this was the first time I needed bodywork after an accident. M. Teruel was kind and patient as I tried to describe what had happened, and he quickly took charge, helping me with the call to my insurer, giving me advice, and generally de-stressing the situation for me. Today I picked up the car and it was not only impeccably repaired, but also spotlessly cleaned, even the wheels and tires. I am very grateful for the excellent work and service.
