We were served by Josef and his colleagues. Service was great and the vibe of the restaurant is very nice. Serene and cause with lots of attention to decoration details. The wine was excellent though we had three glasses only. Now the food; the starters were spot on. Had the short with cabbage salad. The description might not be appealing but that plate was excellent. The glaze was bitter, right amount of salt. That plate was wiped. Another good appetizer was the bone marrow. A bone on a plate. Again, presentation and taste was very exciting. We also had the classic burger. The meat was of excellent quality and the doneness was to the point. On the negative side of the spectrum, short rib meat came cold, the burger bread to meat ratio was too much. And the truffle fries were not good

I came here with my boyfriend and friends and we had a great time! While waiting for our table we sat at the bar which was nice ( best Moscow Mule I’ve had in a very long time ! ) For dinner we were seated in a lovely room over looking Zermatt and the view was spectacular! For appetizers we had the duck with cranberry sauce and the Burritina (buratta and artichokes) they were both very good !! For dinner I had the Seabass with a side of risotto and I cleaned my plate! My boyfriend had the short ribs and said it was absolutely delicious!! Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area looking for a nice sit down dinner.

We had a great dinner at Cervo Puro. The restaurant is quiet and has different seating options that make it feel nice and quaint. There are plenty of food options as well. I definitely recommend making a reservation here. They fill up quickly! Also, the bread they give you with your salad is incredible. If you love bread like me.

Excellent romantic location overlooking the village of Zermatt. Great choice of food for everyone with a amazing drinks list. Worth checking out for couples. The lift is easy to find but make sure you double check to ask for directions. Can be confusing until you realise its just the normal ski lift. Taxis will get you there as well...

Great after ski bar. Awesome french fries. Go upstairs, sit on the deck, drink beer or prosecco and enjoy live music in the afternoon sun.

Just AMAZING! Starting with the breakfast which takes place in the restaurant Puro during the morning hours. They have a great selection on everything your imagination could be craving for and this with a beautiful set up. During lunch you definitely should go for the legendary Cervo Truffle Fries and while you're on it treat yourself for a burger as well - you only life once! For Dinner their kitchen crew around head chef Kusi are putting literally magic on a plate - which is then served by the most friendly and attentive waiters. Try it out and you will know what I am talking about!
