I visited the store today willing to buy some jeans and was super disappointed with the service. Two Sales person were present and it’s only after a few minutes spent in the Boutique browsing around that one of them asked me what I was looking for. He gave me the pair of jeans I wanted to try on, then I asked for a smaller size which he found. When I went out of the cabin with the second pants on he did not comment on how it was fitting and did not even ask how I felt but kept talking with his work colleague. I considered not buying them because 0 attention was given for the sale but having already taken the time to try them on, I finally purchased them (CHF 150.-). Honnestly, the assortment they have looked great and I was in the mood of buying more but this behavior ruined everything and I just took the pants a bit « à contre coeur ». Anyway, working in retail too, in those Corona times, I guess that every cent counts and you could have gotten much more from me today. Also, I will most probably never come back.

We went to Visitor Store yesterday quite willing and happy to support local businesses. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed by the customer experience. Since we do not like to give a one star review without constructive feedback here are our tips for the owners. 1. Have your staff welcome customers when entering the store 2. While you are at it, ask the customers if you can help find something 3. Once they found something encourage them how nice the piece is and tell them the story about the piece, maybe you take part in some charity selling it or maybe you made it in your own factory 4. When the customer pays do not stare in your tablet all the time, ask them proactivly if they like a reciept or a bag, maybe it is a gift and you may wrap it for them. Been there this week ready to buy a few things, but contrary to their name the guy working there wasn't interested at all talking to \visitors\ of this establishment LOL. Such a waste of time. Thankfully there's Surfari a few blocks away, next time I just go straight there.
