Checked in via Airbnb, and the location is wonderful. It is right off of the lake, and has a beautiful little park in front of it with a playground, grill, and dock to go swimming! The rooms are nice, albeit a bit sqweaky (the floor). Multiple stairs must be traversed in order to get to your room, so that could be a potential issue for some. The kitchen worked, the washer/dryer worked, and the bathrooms/shower worked. Best of all, the price was cheaper than even hostels.
Unusual Place to be in Zurich. A hidden place with a special service. Ask for tips because they are good in Concierge.

The restaurant is cosy on a cold day, but there is also a sunny terrace outside. Playground across the road. Brunch and service were great!
Really bad experience. We were given the wrong key. Door won't open. Calling owner didn't work. We had to sleep in a room with no light. It was very dirty and not nice at all.
