During the current month ( dec. 2020 ) the mail man, out of two orders I placed, left the pick up notice ( Abholungseinladung ) just for one order and returned the other one without a reason! This happened twice!! He made me already lose 330 CHF worth of merch: he has to leave a pick up notice if I'm not home.

Long wait times and restrictive opening hours make it impossible to pick up packages. And don't even think about scheduling delivery for the very next day: not possible.

Bad costumers service: in fact, if a costumer has any question, he or she will most likely be treated as an \idiot\ and will also get weird / moking looks from the worker. I personally hate this place because knowing to go there gets me stressed out. What else to expect from this ugly ghetto I had the misfortune to land in ?!

Wartezeiten sind öfters um die 5 Minuten. Ansonsten alles tip top, den Post-Shop finde ich sehr praktisch. :-)

Sie haben keine Ahnung vom Kundendienst neue mode jetzt einfach Abholungseinladung reinschmeissen und fut ist obwohl wir immer zuhause sind. Wenn es der Gleiche Pöstler ist funktioniert es recht gut sonst alles egal Nur Langweilig die Post und Arrogant denn sie haben das Monopol

Die dümmsten Öffnungszeiten überhaupt! Ich bin an einem normalen Tag von 8-18:30 Uhr unterwegs, wann soll ich da ein Paket aufgeben können? Wenigstens ein Mal unter der Woche früher oder später geöffnet haben würde bestimmt vielen dienen.
