Nicole is a professional and experienced Pilates teacher who is passionate about her work. My wife put me onto Nicole a few months ago, and I now attend both individual and group classes. She has helped improve my flexibility and also my core strength. Nicole has a wonderful studio on the Saanen heights equipped with the latest machines. She speaks French, English and German. Highly recommended.

First the spot is already remarkable. Or where else can you do your work out looking on apple trees on a beautiful village crowned by mountain. Nicole Pfister's approach on the base of an attention not only to muscles and articulations, but also to the fascies, was furthermore a real discovery. Alreaady a few lessons will change your life - somewhat !
