They were very professional and I got my custom insoles very quickly. They also spoke English which was helpful. When something needed to be fixed with the insoles, there were no questions and they fixed them promptly.

Für mich qualitativ beste Orthese beim Bähler. War davor auch schon bei anderen Firmen.

Wegen eines Senk- und Spreizfusses trage ich seit 2013 Masseinlagen in 4 verschiedenen Grössen, alle von Bähler AG gefertigt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. (Der Inhaber mag kurz angebunden sein. Doch das Handwerk versteht er.)
