Torn meniscus- went to CK for both surgeon and PT. The organization is highly efficient and the staff both very competent and kind. Special mention to the front desk for dealing with clients compassionately. Franziska Häring was my PT. She is a highly-trained, exceptional professional of the highest order. I recommend her wholeheartedly. Dr. Thomas Schwamborne was my doctor. He is a good surgeon, but is sexist in the way he deals with both his staff and female patients.This was evident to both male and female clients (I am male). I would deduct stars for his behavior, but do not want to compromise the rating for this otherwise excellent company.

Came here for physiotherapy for hip displasia. Very competent therapist who taught me exercises I could do independently to look after myself in the coming years. When I explained that previous exercises recommended to me caused me back pain, he listened and was able to explain why and what I could do to avoid it. They also do a lot of sport therapy here.

Dr. med. Oliver Frank recently operated on my hip via an arthroscopy. I would highly recommend the services of Dr. med. Oliver Frank and the crossKlinik, Basel. I am from England and do not speak German and as such had concerns about the hip operation. Dr. med. Oliver Frank and his colleagues ensured that everything was explained in as much detail as required. The operation was successful and I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

Wir können die Cross Klinik niemandem empfehlen. Wir hatten leider keine gute Erfahrung. Mein Mann wurde am Knie operiert und ihm wurde ein Teil des Miniskus weg operiert. Die OP ging nicht gut und er hat jetzt mehr Schmerzen wie vor der Operation. Es werden Operationen wie am Fliessband durchgeführt. Und auch der Arzt war wohl unter einem zeitlichen Druck und gestresst. Es gibt bessere Ärzte und Kliniken, die sich auch die nötige Zeit nehmen und nicht arrogant sind.

Wurde von meinem Vater (Dr. Gérard Farkas), Dr. Thomas Schwamborn und Fr. Dr. Salha gut behandelt, habe mich stets wohl gefühlt und das beziehe ich auch auf den Umgang der Mitarbeiter (Empfang, MPA, etc.). Empfehlenswert! Und das sage ich nicht, weil mein Vater dort Arzt ist.
