This is s great place to go if you have a keen interest in Swiss history. My son thoroughly enjoyed the visit. As someone who does not read German, I found it interesting but rather dry.

A small but a MUST muséum for anybody interested in Switzerland's history! A perfect companion to the Forum in Schwyz! Its a look at the history of Switzerland through all the treaties that have shaped and created this wonderful country and people!

This museum houses various historical documents and artifacts, some of which are almost 7 centuries old! I greatly enjoyed reading the educational materials which are translated into German, English, Italian, and French. Anyone researching the early history and founding of Swizterland must visit this museum!

Interesting history of the origins of Switzerland told by orginial charters of the middle ages. Worth a visit if you have a profound interest about how Switzerland became what it is today.
