One of the Best via Ferrata. Starting point -\u003e take the cable car to Gemmipass, turn left and in 20 minutes you will be at the starting point. 5h from starting point to up. 1.20 h to Gemmipass 1.20 back in Leukerbad walking

Black Hole

Viaferrata was perfectly maintained and the view during the climb was amazing. You can rent the necessary equipment for the journey at the exit of the cable car station gemmi. The whole viaferrata trail took us approximately 6.5h gemmi-daubenhorn-gemmi. In general I would recommend this climb to people who have already climbed previously and good stamina should be in the package too.

Great via Ferrata - the longest of Switzerland. Consider the last gondola on the website!!! We needed with small breaks 9 hours from the gondola back to the gondola with an average speed. You need good conditions for this one and I would only recommend it to experienced via ferrata climbers due to the lenght. The way to the starting point needs safety steps, because its very narrow. If it's rainy don't go, it will get slippery. Really cool via Ferrata. Recommondation to the builders: Write the donation box in english, many climbers were international and haven't understand what this box is for. Via Ferratas are built most of the times by volontaires. To assure the safety there is material needed and you can contribute to this great work with money into the donation box. Thanks for the cool via Ferrata!!! We enjoyed it!!!

Una esperienza indimenticabile, complimenti ai volontari che hanno reso possibile questo bellissimo viaggio in un mondo verticale. Direi la ferrata più impegnativa che ho fatto, sopratutto per la lunghezza, panorama fantastico e bellissimo anche il sentiero di discesa. Bisogna essere preparati fisicamente per non soffrire troppo durante la salita, in certi passaggi quasi obbligati a servirsi del cavo per superare le difficoltà. BELLISSIMA................

Très belle Via Ferrata que j’ai réalisée à deux reprises. Mais un zéro pointé pour le chemin de retour de l’echappatoire. Pourtant habituée des alpes suisses depuis des dizaines d’années, j’ai dû accompagner quelqu’un qui ne se sentait pas assez bien par le chemin de l'échappatoire. Ce chemin est dangereux j’ai dû sortir la corde car des passages s’étaient éboulés par endroit. Il ne suffit d’ouvrir Une Via sans en vérifier la totalité des possibilités. Ça ne ressemble pas au sérieux auquel je suis habituée. A bon entendeur salut !
