I used this service while staying at a hotel in Zurich. It is very expensive, which is ok for fast service at a hotel, but I would expect excellent results for the price. They ruined one T-shirt by punching overly large holes to insert a plastic tag. They also laundered two items that I asked them to dry clean. It would have been very difficult to make this mistake, because they were given two separate bags, one for dry cleaning and one for regular laundry. Both items shrunk. One I can’t wear at all, the other just doesn’t fit as well as it did before. They did offer to reimburse me for the clothing, but only if I give it to them. If I keep the item that is damaged but still usable (which I bought on the trip and wore one time before they damaged it), they will not even reimburse me for the cost of the cleaning. They also did not apologize.
