Good service, very average food. The staff was friendly, polite and efficient. Sadly this was as good as it got. The burger was priced at 25 francs, which will get you an excellent burger in a descent joint. The bread was average, the meat was okay, but the burger was underwhelming as a whole. The sauce was either scant or had little taste. I'd place it between McDonald's and Holy Cow. The sides were a joke, with 5 tiny potatoes. It seems like most of the effort was focused on plating, which I assume explains the numerous 5 star reviews. Smokes and mirrors. On the bright side the homemade ice-tea was excellent.

The staff was very friendly. The place looked nice and cozy. We all had the pulled pork burger which was rather underwhelming. It didn't taste like much and the bread didn't seem homemade either. For around 25.- for a burger I expected better.

Switzerland (and thus ofc Bern) is generally very expensive, but at this place the prices are still relatively reasonable (representative pictures attached). The home made ice tea is very nice, service is friendly and quick.
