Wonderful psychologist! Straightforward, yet kind. Challenges you, while she assists you in making your own decisions. Very talented and picks up signs that others miss. Our sessions, although methodical, have a casual feeling to it: even the most emotional sessions, always have room for one laugh. The sessions were always so positive and I would leave feeling that every problem can be handled and her approach and chair-side manner is subliminal. I have noticed that every day since I met Taya I wake up and have a continual strong voice inside my head (which is hers! :))) saying and reminding me ‘I love myself, I respect myself’. So far I have been utilising all the skills I learnt on her Assertive Course and I feel much more aware of being assertive in day to day life. It feels so much better to really understand and actively live assertively and I am already seeing many improved results in my business relationships. A long way to go I know but I do feel the ‘Magic of Taya’ working daily :)
