Very nice assortment of products. Both ladies were really friendly and helpful. I only needed bergamot essential oil but one of the ladies also showed me real all natural Laoshan sandalwood incense sticks from Taiwan. The frangrant of them are light, but not too light like Japanese incense sticks. I immediately bought a pack and it's been a month I think and I'm still enjoying both of the products almost everyday! :)

I popped in for a \mooch\ and received excellent service. Farfalla sells all natural (of the highest quality) products with natural essential oils. I needed something to protect my aura - tough, emotional times - and the sales person really knew her patchouli from her geranium! I went in to look and found everything I needed and more thanks to the super nice lady.

I like the people that work here a lot. They have a huge knowledge about their products and they are very friendly. The products (I am only talking about the beauty stuff because I have no experience in aroma theropy) is absolutely amazing! I use the hair care pflegeschaum, the grapefruit face cleancer (I can only recommend you to only use this stuff to clean your face from now on) it smells nice and it really makes a difference to your skin. I also love the creams and the gels with aloe vera - here you know that the ingredients are natural and won't damage your skin and or environment.
