Very friendly staff, super tasty food, a bit expensive but absolutely justified for the quality and amount of food you get. They somehow manage to give the impression of an upscale restaurant while also being wonderfully unpretentious. And the location is awesome, particularly if the weather is good enough to sit outdoors (there's indoor seats on two floors, winter garden seats, and actual outdoor seats under some trees with views of the federal parliament building). If in doubt (and don't mind eating raw beef), get the steak tartare. It's clearly the most popular dish here, and for a reason! You can specify whether you want it "spicy" or not, and a choice of a spirit shot (e g. cognac) is included. Don't drink the shot, mix it into the meat! Simply use your fork to create lots of "holes" in the steak and then pour the spirit on the meat. Also, if you need more toast (you get about 4 slices), just ask for it, it's complimentary. My recommendation is to get it spicy and with cognac.

Very nice restaurant in a great central location. Outside space is lovely on a sunny day. Tasty food, I can recommend the entrecote steak and the cordon bleu I particular!

A place for meat lovers. As the name suggests, this restaurant serves mostly meat dishes, from schnitzel to cordon bleu and, of course, entrecôte. Additionally, there are two fish dishes, one pasta and one vegetarian dish on the menu. All dishes come with a large, mixed salad. The atmosphere is elegant and upscale. One gets a great view of the Swiss Federal Palace across the plaza. Service was friendly.

Nice food. Gets very busy through dinnertime rush hour and the waitresses are overworked. Nice place though.
