The impression of this embassy was very good. The people were very friendly and competently. Thank you very much for the fast process!
Horrible... just horrible.... a little bit of background first: we lived in Ireland for more than 10 years and met the most awesome people over there and that's why today's experience feels even more terrible.. now for the situation... we went to the Irish embassy to apply for a business Visa for my husband...the man at the reception was cold from the beginning (no hello ... no smile... nothing) then he looked very very quickly at my husband's application and (thank God there was the glass in between us because otherwise I am convinced he would have thrown the documents back our face) just said ...\incomplete\ then with no further explanation went back inside, print out a document and hand it over to us saying \follow this\... we asked him what was missing and with the same cold manners he responded \the list would be too long so check yourself and send everything by mail\ .... that's it.... I mean if this person is not willing to interact with people he shouldn't be put at the reception desk of such a nice country embassy.... very very disappointed today...we were so upset that we forgot to ate\ him on the rating machine that was at our disposal over there.... hopefully our next encounter will be better...
