Appalling lost baggage refund service. I used this airline in August 2019 on my way to Russia.The plane was late in Rome,but then we stood on the tarmac for an hour extra,but somehow my luggage was still left behind in Rome even after this delay,which should have been plenty of time to get all bags on the plane. In Moscow I discovered that my luggage was left behind.It continued by me missing the connection flight to my final destination. No wifi worked on the international airport in Moscow (??) so I had a hard time contacting the people in the final destination who were there pick me up.Staff was so rude too.It was a mess and a horrible start to my holiday. In the end I got the destination,but then had to wait several days for my luggage to arrive,which had the sporting equipment I needed for my holiday in Russia in the first place. I spent extra money on the transport;extra nights at the hotel while waiting for my luggage;I had to buy new clothes and toiletries as I had none extra so after my holiday ,I kept all the receipts and made a claim. The total I claimed was about 130 euros for all extra expenses,but it took this airlines more than five months to process my claim and numerous emails to chase it and in the end I received a cheque for 16,55 euros.Which covered the socks and toiletries I bought extra. The lengthy letter explained that any extra nights at the hotel etc. was not covered for one reason or another.Although, if the luggage had been on time I would not had to buy any of this extra stuff. I was extremely disappointed at their customer service from start to finish and will not recommend this airline to anyone and certainly never use them again. If I could give zero stars ,I would.

This company is more or less OK for the international route. However it is a mess on the domestic routes (especially on Moscow Voronezh route where they frequently cancel flights or postpone them of 4 or 5 hours). They need to improve drastically on the domestic routes, especially as they will have the football world cup next year. Their competitor are much more efficient on domestic routes.

It is the worst company I’ve ever travelled with. Be careful with your hand luggage. It has to fit it this tiny box ️horizontally ️More than that, this mean and greedy people are charging your hand luggage the same price as the 23kg. So they make money out of nothing. Never ever try to travel with this airline. Aeroflot, I know you don’t care, but at least I’ll spread the information!!!!!!! Вы издеваетесь? Вы считаете брать за ручную кладь те же деньги, что за багаж - это нормально?! И ставить коробку в которую не поместится даже сумка- считается нормально?!!! Отвратительнейшая компания!!!! Дешевки!

Bonne compagnie aérienne. Juste un de mes vols a eu du retard. Mais à part cela, aucun soucis. Avion en bon état. Personnel accueillant. Online check in parfait. Je ne comprends pas les avis négatifs. Pour moi, tout ok !
