I unfortunately cannot recommend this shop to anyone who's time is important to them. Service is comically slow. 10 min to process 1 customer (when there are 8 customers waiting to be served) is not acceptable and I prefer to support businesses that value their customer's time. No matter how good the donuts are, waiting 80 min outside the shop is simply not worth it. Staff is extremely nice and I truly appreciate the effort they put to make small talk, however, I would challenge this type of customer service strategy. I do believe there needs to be balance. Perhaps adjusting the amount of small talk, based on the number of customers waiting to be served, would help. Otherwise, it is very unfortunate. But I am hopeful this can be improved.
