Learning to make my own sourdough bread has been such a positive experience since the beginning of the Covid restrictions. I order my flour and it arrives two days later! I love the brown paper sacks tied with string but the flour inside is the most important thing. It is fantastic quality. I have also bought white flour for my sponge cakes which is so light and white compared to supermarket flour and has improved my cakes even more. I live in the French speaking part of Switzerland and do not understand German but when I have asked for advice and some translation I receive very quick replies in English! I will never buy bread again!
