Amazing. Never see this before. The biggest glacier in the alps.

Worth a visit to see the glacier. Ski resort is decent too, but I'd only recommend it if the snow is fresh. Do to the orientation of the mountain you'll have sunbaked snow if it hasn't snowed in a couple of days.

New gondola is great and much improved from the old cable car. Still this resort is a bit difficult to get around and you can get stuck hiking flat trails, but overall I love the wide, long runs with lots of variety, southern exposure, and great views. And the Aletsch glacier is gorgeous in any season and very special.

If you want to see Swiss Alps and glaciers. Go to the alert glacier or the jungfrau joch. To really experience walk to konkordia but from youngfrau joch or Fiesch. Love it, live switzerland
