Good bus stop but bar should open early and close little later cause all persons who arrive there at different time during the day

This place gets particularly unsafe at night as there is neither any checking nor any security at this place. I had an overnight bus to Genovo from here and found multiple people lurking around this station. (ones who didn't have any bus to take as well) In case you reach early, please wait in the nearby railway station as that is very well lit up and safe.

Its a good place, there is place to sit and wait for bus but no large space for many people. there should be an LED and mic system to improve arrival announcement of bus so that one should not confuse buses if there more than one at a time.

Beautiful place. There are two private tourist service centers in the premises of the Bus Station. You can enjoy Zurich sightseeing facility. However, the costs starts from 32 for two hours. Please, keep local currency if possible, otherwise you may face problems while buying things. Most of the sellers do not accept Euro or USD. Some of them accept Paper currency of Euro. Please, be informed, they charge high exchange commission.

Central bus station where you can get city tour, flix buses, etc. Very near from Zurich main station. Buses come in time. Lot of parking space, so not so crowded. There are counters for city tour buses. You can buy tickets and they speak English very well.

There are many buses with very unfriendly service. I used the DB bus to go to Germany. Yes. It’s cheap to go by bus somewhere. But it doesn’t mean that people could be treated with a bad service. I would not use again. Better use other transportation.

There is no close waiting area. You will be confused to find the bus because there is not any guide line or number. But at night was secure because many times police came there.

1 min walk from the tram stop, has restaurants and coffee shops around, a relatively small place so it's easier to spot your buses. The downside is there is no concept of platforms so you have to look around for your bus and it's hard to definitively know the delay (if any)
