Exceptional hostel, very accessible and located in a beautiful area, near the lake. You can enjoy the beaches in summer and a walk around it in winter. The facilities and services are very modern and the staff very attentive and friendly. Great breakfast included. Excellent experience. Super recommended.

This hotel is clean, not too far from Zurich's city centre, in a relatively quiet location. The cuisine served in the evening is not very good and it may be better to eat outside the hotel. The interior of the dining room as well as the bedrooms is very noisy because the soundproofing is not very good. It is a 15-minute walk from the station.
I never got to stay here to begin with. Who knows? Maybe this is a great hostel, but I'll never know. I am leaving a bad review because this hostel acts like the pandemic doesn't exist and everyone can travel to Switzerland freely. They haven't been so kind to refund people due to the pandemic. If you book and you come from a country that isn't allowed to enter Switzerland, they still won't refund you. Not even a travel credit for a future date. Instead they can reschedule your booking and pay any difference that remains. If the circumstances were normal and I chose to cancel, then I agree that I shouldn't get refunded, but when there are travel bans for many countries, why not refund the guests? It requires work to earn that money. C'mon! Do the right thing and reimburse those who can't enter Switzerland. It's theft!!!
Staff here were amazing! The front desk, chefs, and cleaners were all polite and helpful. Check in was easy, but I was told it was cheaper to pay in MY home currency rather than Franc, later to find out they did not tell me the truth. Not a big deal. The included breakfast is a GREAT addition, and tasted pretty good - they just don't restock it enough so you have to get there early. The showers were CLEAN and maintained along with the washrooms, and private. Lockers all take a DEPOSIT but you get it back. Lunch and dinner buffet prices are expensive, but it's Switzerland what do you expect. Hopefully will stay here again if I'm back in Zurich!
Best hostel ever, nice personal and clean place. Everyone is friendly. It's near to the city center either with the bus or with the metro.
For a "big city" hostel it gets 5*. You don't feel crowded, no noisy youngsters, huge common area, quiet neighborhood, 10min to the lake and! Miso soup at breakfast - amazing
It was a good hostel. I liked the Breakfast and the room. It was clean and the people were rly friendly.
