For a long time, we had been looking for bed throws made of attractive materials. I learned that weaving machines limit the width of most products offered in stores to a width of 130 to 140 cm. During a visit to the Landesmuseum in Zuerich, I became aware of ZigZag's products. The staff in the ZigZag showroom were amiable and gave me competent advice. I chose a bedspread from the Mona line, which is available in 14 colors. The product was delivered within 14 days as promised. If needed, individual sizes can also be ordered for an additional charge. I am delighted with the quality of the products, the service, and the website. Therefore I can highly recommend the company!

Nach meiner Bestellung Anfangs Dezember folgte die rechtzeitige Zustellung des Weihnachtsgeschenks. Die gross mit Zigzag angeschriebene Versandsverpackung verunmöglichte leider die Überraschung. Die gelieferten Bezüge entsprachen nicht der Grösse auf dem Bestell-Formular. Auf zwei E-Mails wurde nicht geantwortet. Erst auf ein Telefonat nach den Festtagen wurde Mitte Januar ein Rücksende-Couvert geschickt. Trotz zweimaliger, telefonischer Nachfrage habe ich heute, am 20.2. noch keinen Ersatz. Corona-bedingte Verzögerungen in der Produktion kann ich nachvollziehen, von einem Schweizer Geschäft, welches sich auf den Online-Handel spezialisiert hat, hätte ich jedoch einen anderen Service erwartet.
